Zamalek coach Augusto Inacio says he is targeting a win over USM Alger in their CAF Champions League, Group B match on Wednesday.
The White Knights are out to consolidate their top spot in the group and a win will see them with eight points from four matches.
Zamalek are travelling to Algeria to face USM Alger in the fourth round of the CAF Champions League.
Although the first meeting between the two giants produced a 1-1 draw, Inacio now wants a win.
The Portuguese manager has revealed his preference to play at 5 July Stadium after Alger’s request to change it to Omar Hamady Stadium was refused by CAF.
“We’ve come to Algeria understanding how difficult the game is going to be. USM Alger are very strong side, but we are determined to return back with the three points, although we are playing under hard conditions, having played a league game just two days ago,” Inacio spoke to the Algerian press.
“It is always better to play on a natural one that an artificial one, I don’t think that the fans will have any effect on my players, they are experienced players and they have our confidence to win.
“We’re focusing and having big ambitions to win the game, we have to be in our best technical shape during the game as that will determine the winner on Wednesday.”
