The Kenyan Premier League resumes this weekend after it had gone for a break due to Round of 16 of the Gotv Shield tournament matches that were played a fortnight ago.
This weekend will see nine matches played in three days across the country. The first match will be on Friday where Bandari travel to face Sony Sugar at the Awendo Green Stadium from 15:00.
On Saturday, Sofapaka host Muhoroni Youth in their last first leg match at the Nyayo National Stadium from 14:00. The match will then pave way for another clash between AFC Leopards and Western Stima, with Ingwe seeking three points to continue with the positive steps that they started in their 1-0 win over Bandari FC.
Western Stima will also draw motivation from their 1-0 victory against defending champions in their last league match.
Struggling side Thika United will also be travelling to Chemelil to face Chemelil Sugar while Kakamega Homeboyz host Mathare United at the Mumias Sports Complex.
On Sunday, the early kick off will see Kariobangi Sharks play against Zoo Kericho from 14:00 before Gor Mahia fighting for three points with Nakumatt FC at the same venue later on in the day.
Joint league leaders Posta Rangers will be the visiting side to Tusker FC at the Kinoru Stadium while Ulinzi face Nzoia Sugar at the Afraha Stadium.
