ZURICH, Janauray 29, 2018 – FIFA and the Local Organising Committee are pleased to announce that the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ Team Workshop will take place in Sochi on 27-28 February.
The 32 participating teams of the 2018 FIFA World Cup™ are invited to attend the workshop, which will cover various aspects of the competition in a range of informative sessions.
The member associations are requested to participate in the workshop with representatives in the areas of football/technical matters (team coaches), medical (team doctors), media, accommodation, security, logistics, transportation and marketing. The workshop sessions will not be open to the media but opportunities to film or photograph the event will be organised.

Media accreditation required
The media accreditation process for the Team Workshop is now open via the FIFA Media Channel.
Media representatives interested in covering the two-day workshop must complete the media accreditation form available on the FIFA Media Channel. Please note that the accreditation form is only valid for the Team Workshop in Sochi. The deadline for accreditation applications is 26 January.
Information on visas and media hotels will be provided in due course on the FIFA Media Channel.
The workshop will take place at the Radisson Blu Resort & Congress Centre, 1a Golubaya Street, Adler, District Imeretinskaya Lowland, Sochi.
