Burundi / LLB-S4A eliminated in the Champions Leagueand Olympic Star passes to the 2nd round of Confederation

On the shortest margin (0-1), the LLB-S4A team is disqualified in the African Champions League. For its part, Olympic Star de Muyinga is doing better by passing the second round.
Beaten by Radius Sport on the lawn of the Prince Louis Rwagasore stadium, LLB-S4A ends his race in the first round. As a reminder, in the first leg (1 goal everywhere) our representative in the Champions League had managed to keep the Rwandan champion in check. On the return leg, coach Mayelé’s colts lost to those of Karekezi, coach of Rayon Sport.

The author of this feat is indeed a fellow Hussein Chabalala who scored both goals in favor of the Rwandan club. In the first leg, he scored the equalizer when his club was led. He reissued his achievement by qualifying his team with his achievement at the Prince Louis Stadium, the stronghold of LLB-S4A.

In the next round, Rayon Sport will face Mamelody Sundows from South Africa.

Olympic Star qualifies for the second round of the CAF
As part of the 2018 African Confederation Cup, this club based in North-East of Burundi gets its ticket for next round. He beat, on February 21, 2018, Étoile Filante of Ouagadougu on a score of one goal to zero. The only goal of this match was scored by young striker Slim Saidi by a whim. A great feat made on the move in the capital of Burkina Faso, the fief of Etoile Filante.

The Burundian football lovers wish good luck for the next round to this club that has just saved the honor of our homeland in the Confederation Cup.
