On June 26, 2018, Mrs. Liliane Nshimirimana president of the AJSB was received in audience by its excellent president of the Republic of Burundi Pierre Nkurunziza.
He congratulated her for being elected to the Executive Board of AIPS Africa.
His Excellency has promised to support the AJSB in his projects giving honor to the country and the good of the sport.
Taking as model Liliane Nshimirimana, he calls other women journalists to integrate sports journalism. “God bless you in your work,” he said.
